2017/2018 Constitution Revision Commission

The Constitution Revision Commission is one of five ways that Floridians can amend the state constitution. The Florida Constitution dictates the creation of a Constitution Revision Commission (CRC) every 20 years for the purpose of reviewing the state constitution and proposing changes for voter consideration. The 2017-2018 Constitution Revision Commission is the third of its kind in state history.

The Commission will begin its work upon the conclusion of the 2017 legislative session but has already begun to hold public hearings across the state. All citizens are invited to the hearings to share feedback, concerns, and ideas for proposed changes to Florida's constitution.

All public hearings and CRC meetings may be accessed through a live-stream on The Florida Channel. Click here to view the video archive.
